Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.
I do see multiple posts relating to this query have been raised and understand the frustration of not getting the right solution. This Sounds like more than a mapping issue, could you send me a screenshot of the error messages/code numbers that you are receiving?
Additionally, I will reach out via private message to gather more information to assist further on this issue.

I tried to reply to your private message but its a no reply messaging, so cannot post my serial no. You asked if I am you using MYOB Account Right or MYOB Business, I am using neither but am using MYOB Essentials.
As per your request have sent you a screen shot, which says (your statement of activity could not be pre-filled because all not all accounts are mapping, please map all accounts in the AIM settings page before proceeding. Prior to this it has allowed me to save and exit then onto the page where I can file the AIM return, and above is the the error message that comes up..
Other MYOB support have asked to check my Accounts List, (have also forwarded to MYOB support) which I have and it matches the mapped accounts.

Hello, can you please let me know how I can resolve this issue, I have given various people from MYOB info they requested, I need to be able to file an AIM return.

Other users have messaged me also saying they are having the exact same problem.
MYOB will not acknowledge it is problem and need to stop giving out links for instructions that do not apply to the new MYOB.
