Teams app

I have some staff that are unable to view the timesheets entered in MYOB teams.

It has started to become very distressing, as they are expecting a certain amount in pay.

They are unable to view their entered timesheets, and worked shifts have not been entered.  

This results in a decrease in wages they are expecting for that week.

 

How can this issue be resolved?

    Hey JLpayroll,

     

    The issue with timesheets not being visible in the MYOB Team app is a known issue. To get this resolved, it would be best to contact our support team directly. You can do this via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case through MyAccount. This way, your concern will be relayed to our developer team.

      Hi Doreen,

      I'm unsure if I'm choosing the wrong options but the virtual assistant does not assist with Team app issues. I've been having the same timesheet issue for months so hopefully this is fixed soon.

        Hi fileitstaff,

         

        To get help with your timesheet issue, you can connect with our live chat agent. Once you're connected to MOCA, simply type "Get help from a support agent" in the chat to be connected to a live agent. Additionally, you can raise a support ticket via MyAccount to make sure your account is added as one of the impacted users of the issue.
