BPAY Customer Reference missing on Statements

Question

Hi All,Just wondering if anyone could kindly assist on a work around to get the BPAY customer reference number to always show on the statement?&nbsp; I have customized the form to show all the relevant fields. It does work.&nbsp;The majority of customers have their reference numbers showing but there is a small number that have theirs missing.&nbsp;Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue or is it a glitch? Is there a work around.&nbsp;Thank you :)

I checked and couldn't find any cases similar to yours. It might be best to reach out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA so they can help troubleshoot why the reference number isn't appearing.
