Thanks for your interest in that service.

As the message has indicated, we are no longer taking Direct Debits applications.

We have been monitoring the service performance and determined that it has failed to meet the needs of our customers. As a result, we are in the process of decommissioning that product feature as we look to simplify the products and services that we do offer. The service will be finally decommissioned in late September.

An alternative recurring invoice option for AccountRight would be recurring invoices. Please note that this function would record the invoice in your software, you would manually need to send out the invoice to the customer and organise the payment on that invoice such as through Online Payments.
