Combining multiple Customer Cards

I own a mechanical business who has contracts for businesses with multiple vehicles. We have created a customer card for each car under the individual vehicle registrations to keep track of work carried out.

Is there anyway to link the cards to the one company?

When printing out monthly statements, MYOB is printing them individually, sometimes up to 30 invoices a month for the one company.
