I tried to solve a problem with getting my payment summaries 'tax ready' and phone the helpline.

What a joke

All I could hear was a lot of people speaking loudly/harshly and the person I spoke to could barely understand what I was asking her to help me with

 

So everything has to be outsourced by MYOB, even though we pay MYOB for a service?
