Thank you for your post. The system may incorrectly throw an AccountIdNull or AccountNull message if an item is marked "I Buy" and "I Inventory" thereby preventing the transaction from being recorded. In order to resolve it, please follow the steps given below as a workaround:
- Open the Item Information Screen.
- Tick I Sell this Item
- Fill in both the Cost of Goods Sold and Income account options.
If you continue to get the error, please send the whole error message.
