Forum Discussion
Hi Doreen_P thank you for your speedy response!
I still use the desktop version of MYOB, it's just our company file that is held in the cloud. Is this still counted as using the browser version?
Apologies for the basic question, I'm only new to MYOB.
Warm regards,
Luke
Hi broughtonart,
Thanks for your response. If you are using your AccountRight in browser then yes, it is counted as using the browser version. But you can do this both in desktop and browser since you are using AccountRight.
If you have any additional concerns in the future, please feel free to post again.
Kind regards,
Sai

Thanks for clarifying Isaiah_C . Is there a difference in cost between browser and desktop? Could I switch to desktop to enable me to use more import features?
Cheers

Hi broughtonart,
Yes, there is a difference in cost between browser and desktop. If you are using the MYOB Business (web version), I'm afraid you can't be migrated to AccountRight (desktop version). However, upon checking your account, it seems like you have an AccountRight. If you can confirm the last four digits of the serial number of your subscription so I can check and assist you further.
In addition to that, if your file is online and your subscription is AccountRight, you may be able to access it through the web version. No worries, I would be able to confirm that once you have provided the last four digits of the serial number.
Best regards,
Doreen

Hi Doreen_P
Thanks for looking into this for me, I appreciate your help.
5454 is for live plus and 6052 is for v19 - I'm not sure which one you need?
Cheers!
