Customer surcharge is switched on but not working.

Confirmed that the customer surcharge is switched on in settings but is switched off in the customer's invoice. Noticed this after update was done.

    Just a heads up: if you send an invoice using the mobile app, surcharges can't be applied, even if the "Pass on surcharge" setting is enabled. If this happens, you can still use your phone to send invoices, but you'll need to do it through a browser at  https://app.myob.com/ instead of the Invoice App.

     

    So, just open a browser like Google Chrome, log in to  https://app.myob.com/, and send your invoice from there.

        Hi newline1,

         

        Were these invoices set up as recurring transactions? The option to pass on customer surcharging for all invoices isn't available yet for invoices created from recurring transactions. Instead, you'll have to enable this before you send each invoice. Please check this Help article: Customer surcharging for online payments.

         

        If everything was fine before the update and you've noticed this happening after the update, you'll need to reach out to our support team. You can either contact our live chat team via our virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket via My Account. Make sure to include a screenshot.
