Emailing to intray

It would seem like my email signature is suddenly causing my files not to go through to the intray.  I've changed nothing my end.  It's worked fine for years.  Is my only options to either turn off my signature or delete it everytime?  Both are going to drive me up the wall!

    Thanks for your post. I have seen other instances where the signature gets picked up by the OCR as a separate file. I have passed this on to the developers. In the meantime you could add the document to the in tray via drag and drop or click and browse: working with In Tray documents.
