Inventory - The value of your inventory may not be less than Zero

I am using  MYOB AccountingRight Premier AU 2022.3.0 Build: 2022.3.24.6313 (Company ID 37).

I have come across a stock item with current Value "N/A" and Average cost "N/A".

 

How could i replace N/A with $ value (which is actual cost and current value). Tried using Ädjust Inventory" but I end up getting an error message. "The value of your inventory may not be less than Zero"

 

This erro has also prevented us from converting PO to a Bill.

 

This issue has been reported in the past and it was suggested by Steven a script had to be run over company files that are showing N/A inventory value.  Anyone know whom should be contacted to run the script and rectify the error which is causing a lot of inconveience to our business.

    Hi accounts2233 

    If your file is online and you're still experiencing this issue, we can run an online script to fix the NA values. So we can organise that, please take a backup of your file and send me your company file name and product serial number by Private Message.
