Invoice customisation

Hi,

I'm having endless trouble with my customised invoices. I now have to shut down MYOB after inputting invoices before I can print them. If I don't, they automatically print on the standard MYOB invoice template instead of my customised template.

Also I keep losing customisation so even if the correct template is used it is not how I set it up!!

Help - this is so frustrating!

Regards

Rebekah

Hi RebekahIWS , to install 2019.2.1 you will need to uninstall the existing 2019.2.0 first, via Add Remove Programs. You can do this quite safely, your data file will not be affected.

I suggest you do the following:

    - close AccountRight

    - uninstall 2019.2.0 via Add remove programs.

    - if you do not have the installer download it from www.myob.com.au/downloads and save it to your downloads folder. Make sure you pick the correct version of AccountRIght, ie 2019.2.1, and probably the PC edition.

    - Open the downloads folder, right-click on the installer, and choose Run as Administrator

    - Run AccountRight from the desktop icon.

    - Check that your program is opening in 2019.2.1 via Help, About...

Hi RebekahIWS , what version of AccountRight are you using? (Go to Help, about...). There was an issue with custom forms not printing in a previous version, but version 2019.2.1 is believed to have fixed this.

      Hi Mike,

You've just hit on my other issue! I am on Version 2019.2.0 and I keep being invited to update to 2019.2.1 but every time I try I get an error message whcigh reads "another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue....". It then goes on and says something along the lines of "you may have to uninstall something first" but I'm wary of doing that!! I haven't already installed it so don't know why I'm getting this message. Maybe you can help with this too??

      Thanks
