Hi sleep
Generally, when this happens, it is due to one of the following reasons :
- Documents are bigger than 10 MB in size.
- Documents are not in one of these formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, or PNG
Therefore, please check this and if the documents are in correct size and format, get them to email the document directly to your business/personal email address ( as a test) and then check if you can forward that document to the intray email address. This would help in troubleshooting if the issue is with the documents or the intray feature. Can you please also check if you're able to drag and drop these documents in the intray?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We have followed this up and please try resetting your intray email address again, and the documents should be emailed without issues. If they still cannot be emailed, send me your product serial number by Private Message, and I'll escalate this.- sleep3 years agoContributing UserHi Komal, the private message link did not work, and only "MYOB Community > Private Messages" and no ability to send. I reset the intray email address, it worked for a week or so, and now has stopped working again. Can you send me an email address that I can reach you at? thank you.
