Thanks for the update. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
You may try to change it in the customer card by going to Card file >> Cards List >> choose the Customer card >> then change the Designation to Individual >> Click OK.

I know how to change it for individual cards.
I'm asking to set the default to "Individual" from "Company" for Customer Cards instead of having to change it each time we enter a new customer who more often is not a company.

In this matter, the default is Company and you need to change it every time you will be adding a card file for a customer. As of now, we don't have the feature in AccountRight to set the default to Individual from Company for customer cards.
I would suggest posting these functions that you would like to see implemented into the system on our AccountRight Idea Exchange Board.
