new item - cannot enter location ID
Hi,
I have another issue, not sure what i am doing wrong.
When i enter a new item in the items list i can enter everything except the location, although we have defined 2 locations. There is no selection coming up.
This leads to a problem when trying to order this item now, as the article is not accepted. On top of that, after acknowledign the error message, it then also deletes all the location information for the other articles i have on my order, which i then have to enter manually again.
I am operating on an account file AR2020.2.2 - BUILD 2020.2.23.9038
Is it me doing somehting wrong, or what is happening?
A quick reply would be awesome as i don't really want to waste my time finding alternative solutions

In that case, you cannot select locations on the top of that window but from the bottom part as shown:
However, if you cannot save the locations here as well, please send me the screenshots by clicking here as that would send me a message directly.
