Hi lorrypnea,
If you have access to the registered email, you may be able to reset the password using the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. But if you're referring to a company file password, you’ll need to get an administrator (that is, a user who's been assigned the administrator user role) to set a new password for you. This is done in the User Access window.
If you’re the only administrator and you’ve forgotten your password, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.

Hi lorrypnea,
Usually, the administrator's default password is blank. If you've forgotten your admin password, you can create a support ticket from the My Account window or connect with the live chat team through MOCA, so they can help you out.

Hi lorrypnea
The current MYOB team probably don't quite understand what you are after. You need a password reset and you need to give them your file to do this as you are offline with the v19 Desktop version. If you need it done quickly, then contact FGH Tables and they can do it for $40.
