Problems with statements not lining up with correct monthly invoices
My monthly statements are not entering the amounts in the correct month fields at the bottom of the form.
Putting all overdue amounts in the 'Current (not overdue)' field. Why is this? The invoices are definitely entered in the right months. Anyone else having this issue?
try this
look at setup - preferences - reports and forms
in that screen it has ageing preferences which you can select
see if that helps
