Reimbursing an employee
Hi,
We'd like to have our technicans (who are in the field) be able to take a photo of tax invoices for consumables and upload them directly to MYOB to be reimbursed.
I need to be able to tell who has uploaded them.
Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up?

You might be interested in using the MYOB Capture App in conjunction with In Tray (if you are not already using In Tray.). The Capture App allows users to take pictures of receipts on their phone and send them directly to the AccountRight In Tray. Please see our Help Article on Using the Capture App for more details on how to set this up for individual users in the company. Additionally, Working with In Tray documents will explain how to utilize the In Tray function of AccountRight (necessary if you are using the Capture App).
