Thanks for reaching out.
I understand how important the attachment is for the remittance advice because the attachment itself is the document. Generally, if any invoices, remittance advice, or customer statement emails where received without attachments there is a problem with the custom forms that we are using. May I confirm if we are using any custom forms? Also, I would recommend trying to send the remittance advise using one of the default forms from the system.

We are not using a custom form, we are and have always just used the standard remittance generated by MYOB. We generally pay suppliers on a Friday and this is the very first time it has been reported that the attachment is not attached
