Apologies. This can generally happen if there are no tables on the customs form. A workaround would be adding a blank table onto the customized form by clicking “Insert Table”. This will allow the remittance advice to be emailed with the attachment.

I am not using a custom forms. I am using the standard form in the system which I have been using since the beginning of time. What has changed in the system?
