Rounding in time billing invoice

Hi there

 

I have a rounding issue in time billing invoice. 

 

MYOB seems to rounding up the figures in amount field and recalcualte the rate accordingly.

 

Please see the highlighted lines in the attached photo. 

 

The rate is $69.15 which has to be unchangable. Because of the rounding in Amount field ( eg. $34.58), the rate changes to $69.16. 

 

Is it possible to set up rounding down instead of rounding up in the Amount field?

We need the Activity rate has to be unchangable.

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. From the screenshots you have provided, it looks like AccountRight is working as intended.

     

    AccountRight is designed to always round up when the calculation works out to be a 5 after the first 2 decimal points.
