Spinning wheel wont stop

Using AccuontRight 2020.4. File in cloud. Entered sale and deposit -fine. Entered client email to send copy. Pressed send. Since then the spinning wheel wont stop and I cant access file to exit or any other option. It's been 18 hours !! What to do ? Thanks
