Unpaid Bills Report and Unpaid invoices report not loading

Hi 

 

As per your request sending you a private message. I am having trouble with a lot of reports on the browser. Our Serial no is ********7476.  Please look into this ASAP.  Thank you

    I also can't load an unpaid invoices report, keeps giving me error message, did you have any success fixing this problem.  My list of upgrade issues is growing rapidly!

      I understand how important invoices are for your business. May I ask for a screenshot of the error message so we can investigate your issue? Also, any additional information would be much appreciated.

        Hi, I am unable to generated unpaid bills or unpaid sales reports, each time I attempt to run the report it shows an error message saying 'failed to load'.  Please advise how to fix this, I need these reports asap.
