Unusually long decimal place values

Hi, we're getting unusually long decimal place values showing up in our company MYOB stock lists and as I understand, there is a script that can be run from myob support's end to rectify the issue? ...

    I have run a script over your file which should have resolved this issue. You will need to close and reopen for these changes to appear.

Is it possible that you could please run the script over our file once again please, we have the same issue occurring again.

    Hi ARTmaslen_AZ,

     

    To help resolve this issue, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can run a script to fix the issue with a long decimal place value.
