Upload my MYOB File

Hi, I would like to upload my MYOB file so my accountant can access online ...how do i do ? thank you

I think there are a few ways - one would be to back up the offline file (save somewhere on your desktop) and then go into the online file and restore over it - click on file - restore - select file to restore and go from there

are you using version 2020.1? - has your accountant accessed the file before?

have you tried this https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ar/Put+your+company+file+online

  After i choose to "go online - upload this file" ...i keep getting a message..
  "Subscription required"
  BUT i am already a subscriber - it says please contact myob and we can help you.
