User unable to access customer address

One of our users is having issues with the customer address field. When converting a quote to an invoice, the address field box disappears from her screen. The address field will show when saved as...

    Most likely, this is due to a user's access. We recommend checking the user access to ensure that the role to view the customer address is checked. To do this, kindly check the Help Article: Manage users.
