"Access Denied" error message when entering job number in timesheet

We allocate all hours to jobs, via timesheet section.  I occasionally get an error message "Access is denied" with a red circle with a cross when entering a job number and I have to close the software and reopen. see screenshot attached.

    It's interesting how the error message only happens occasionally. There seems to be no reported issues with the same nature as yours. I recommend Clearing the AccountRight Cache, as this might potentially remove the error message. 

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any further help.

    We had the same issue today as well. Resolved  as per OP suggestion of closing MYOB and restarting, but wanted to comment here in case others are having the same issue and it needs to be looked into.

    we are using AccountRight Desktop, not online.
