AccountRight 2023.11.1.6 Error information: Unknown (0)

Morning,

 

Unable to process payroll via desktop AccountRight. Error below continues to pop up. Seem to be able to use all other services.

    The error message you received generally happens when the company file has had a serial number removal swap. Because the company file had STP on the previous serial number, the payroll function will not work until STP is set up again on the new serial number. To correct the situation, you may need to re-sign up for STP before creating any pay runs. The error will continue to show up if re-signing up for STP is not done. For more information about STP, kindly check out the Help Article: Setting up Single Touch Payroll reporting.
