Double postings from Pay Super

I recently started to use Pay Super and unable to reconcile as there are 2 postings both are Withdraws:

  1. First one was generated when Pay Super is authorised, the posting with 'PS' reference.
  2. and then when the payment is cleared, another withdraw was posted with EFT reference.

I saw someone posted the same question and was resolved but I still can not work out what I have set up wrong.  It looks like I must do something to stop the authorisation in Pay Super to generate a posting but I dont know how to do that.

    Hi Susan_2015,

    This might be related to the linked account for Pay Super. It's possible that the account is set to an electronic clearing account, which could cause this issue. There should be no EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) appearing on the MYOB side; only the Pay Super reference should be visible. The EFT will only appear if an electronic payment is downloaded from the bank file.
