Employee file causing MYOB to close

Hi again

 

I have two employee files which are causing MYOB to close when timesheets are entered.  Please can you run a script.

This seems to be an ongoing issue with my file - any idea what's causing it?  Is this part of using the employee onboarding?

    The issue you're facing with AccountRight closing when entering timesheets is due to a system glitch, not related to the employee onboarding process. To fix this, we need to run a specific script, but the serial number and company file ID you provided don’t match what’s in our system. You'll need to contact our support team to get this done.
