Employee self on boarding problem with export data

When I export data from employee cards - the data for the employees who used self onboarding does not show in the correct fields. The problem starts with Addr 1 - City which shows in Address 1 - Line 1 but wrapped around into a second row in excel.  and then the data for all the other fields are out of kilter. How do I fix this?

When I look at the card in MYOB - the Suburb/City shows the correct data.

    We have been made aware of a situation where if the employee information is entered through the self-onboarding form, it will cause the field for Addr 1 - Line 1 to be brought in with an additional line at the end and therefore on the export document will have a second row and push out the alignment.

     

    The workaround would be to either 1) not include the field when exporting or 2) delete the extra line at the end of the address in that field for the affected employee/s.
