Employee self on boarding
Hi,
i created a new employee on Myob yesterday and processed a future dated payroll for her. This afternoon, i received an email saying the said employee had completed their employment details.
i went back to employee list to see if there was a double up. I only see 1x file for that employee. Which is great for now. But not sure if they are hidden somewhere that i don’t know about.
I do not want two payment summaries for her or any problems with her payroll i processed yesterday for next week. Will this have any impact/ double ups for eofy summary or payroll reporting?

When your employee submits their details through self-onboarding, this will not create a new card file. The details will be entered on the same employee card file you used in sending the form. Rest assured that there will be no duplicate payment summaries for that employee. See this link for more details about employee self-onboarding.
