Flare - MYOB data checking

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have deactivated the invitation for new employees to review their data by unticking the email address option. However, it seems MYOB (Flare) is still sending the link to new employees to check the data I’ve entered, which is causing some confusion, as they don’t need to verify this information—that’s part of my role.&nbsp;Could you advise on how to ensure MYOB doesn’t send this link to new starters in the future?&nbsp;Thanks!&nbsp;Regards,Indigo

To ensure that Flare does not send the link to new employees to check the data you’ve entered, you need to adjust the settings related to the employee onboarding process. During the Employee self-onboarding process, ensure that the "Provide access to employee benefits" checkbox is not selected. This checkbox controls whether new employees receive an invitation to review and complete their data. You can also check this link for more information.
