MYOB Error when trying to open employee card

Hi there,    I failed to open one particular employee card details. Can you please advise how to fix it?   I have read some posts with the same issues but can't send the private message to you. K...

    Hi iris_ch 

     

    All run for you. If you have used the company file around the time of this message do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before trying that employee's card.

     

    Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Hi Steven,

 

Thanks for your prompt reply. 

 

Company file is stored online.

Serial number last 4 digits: 9019

Company file ID: 1

 

We have a payroll due today, it's highly appreciated if we get this fixed asap.
