Thanks for your post. We're glad to hear that you were able to access your online file on the same day when this issue arose. In the future, if you encounter this issue again, please ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. A weak or intermittent connection can prevent online access in MYOB.
Additionally, you can clear your AccountRight cache to avoid some software discrepancies. This can help refresh the system and resolve any temporary issues that may arise. Clearing the AccountRight Cache.
