Generally, when you go to Payroll >> Process Payroll, the payment date is determined by the current date. For example, if you go to Process Payroll, the payment date will be November 9, 2023. This date is also used as the pay period end date, with the pay frequency selected determining the pay period start date. Regarding the setting feature that will make MYOB remember the pay period dates, we acknowledge that this would be more convenient for our users. We’ll definitely forward this to the relevant team for future updates to improve the user experience.
