Payrun for FY 2023 not posting

Need help, we are trying to process payroll for fY 2023 and when we post the payrun, it is not showing up at all? STP is sent as nil value? MYOB please help!!

    To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Hi

       

      MYOB still not processing Payroll for FY 2024. Client is already frustrated from waiting for MYOB to fix this. Your phone line is down, what is happening? If this keeps on happening, how can we recommend our clients to use MYOB software. Best for them to use XERO then!

       

      You mentioned to email via private message, but even then it is so hard to find where to email you???

      We've contacted MYOB support and via the clients account on 10/07/2023, until now no reply? What kind of support is this?
