Payslip Email and pdf failure

How do i fix this please? 

 

i have tried clering cache and cookie but it shows and error in tools

 

 

We are unable to email/view payslips

 

we get this error when trying to view pdf

emails appear to send but dont arrive

 

Can see where to download the log. but this the error

(index):6587 crbug/1173575, non-JS module files deprecated.

    Thank you so much for your detailed post and welcome to the Community Forum!

    My apologies for the late response. To fix this, I would recommend to try logging in from a different browser. Additionally, please check with other company file users to see if they are encountering the same issue. Lastly, verify the user's access permissions to ensure they have the necessary access to Payroll for viewing and editing. Manage users

      Thanks Earl,

       

      I have tried on 2 other browsers 

       

      Both users have same issue

       

      Since we migrated from premier we have not been able to send or view payslips and possibly remittances

        Hi, DanWestsec

         

        Thanks for your prompt response.

         

        Kindly confirm if you are trying to view or email the pay slips before or after migration. If the pay slips that you are trying to view or email are before the migration, unfortunately, you won't be able to view or email those. If it's after the migration, you may send us the Console log so we can further check what caused the error. To generate the log, on your web browser, kindly click the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of your screen > More tools > Developer tools > Select Console tab. Make sure to generate the error message first before getting the Console log.
