Payslip sent to wrong employee

We have multiple entities using MYOB AccountRight for years.

Yesterday when we sent out payslips via outlook.

MYOB ended up sending payslips to wrong employees.

For example, originally MYOB should send payslip to Thomas via Outlook on behalf of AAA Pty Ltd.

MYOB ended up sending below email to Anna who works for BBB Pty Ltd.

Subject: BBB Pty Ltd

Sent to: Anna

Attached PDF: payslip of Thomas (AAA Pty Ltd)

At that time, multiple MYOB files are opened. However, when we send out emails, we do it one by one. We didn't send out payslips of multiple MYOB files at the same time.
