STP Set Up Error

Hi

I try to set up STP for our client. However, When I choose roles, It shows something went wrong. Please try again or refersh the browser. It happened to couple client's files.

 

Someone could help?

    Regarding your concern with the error message, I've checked on our back end, and there's no known issue regarding this error message. Can you try to clear AccountRight's cache to see if the issue still persists? Also, please make sure to enter the correct agent's ABN and RAN.
