Tax preference update in the system VS ATO portal
Hi, I always wonder if MYOB connects to MyGov-ATO for updating preferences and/or super details via the system. Does that mean it will automatically update in the ATO portal, or does the employee still have to update it again after we (as payroll officers) update it in the MYOB system? Thanks.

Hi IndigoHermawan,
There's no need for the employee to make any updates themselves. Once the changes are made in the card file, they will be automatically updated with the ATO.
