Time in lieu entitlement
Hi
Recently one of our employees worked the weekend of Easter.
By arrangement, this employee is entitled to Time in Lieu.
Our pay week ends on the Sunday, so there was 2 days of TIL to be recorded the first week, and one the following week.
The first week was fine.
The second week i missed recording the TIL. I did a manual entry, zero pay.
The employee has since taken these TIL days.
Last weeks pay was fine.
Now today i am processing the last of these TIL days. There is a zero balance. Even though i can see the entry i manually did.
I even reversed this entry and put it in again, and still no balance showing up for the employee.
Can you please help?
Does MYOB no longer like zero pays? I've never had an issue in the past.
Or could it be a coincidence that previously we have had this file fixed, and was to do with this same employees entitlement balance?

To assist other users, when entering hours against the Time In Lieu Earned wage category make sure the same hours are allocated to the Time In Lieu Accrual entitlement category. This help article has detailed information on setting up and paying TIL: Time in lieu
