Unused annual leaves pay out for a ceased job
Hi MYOB community
I am seeking advice on payout of Unused Annual Leave when an employee who worked 2 jobs roles in the same company before, now 1 of her job roles has ceased. This is not a redundancy or termination but simply ceased one of the job roles.We want to pay out unused annual leave for the job she is no longer working.
In this case, Do we pay super on payout of unused annual leave for the ceased job role ?

With this, we recommend speaking with your accountant, as they can advise you if the unused annual leave will be included in the super calculation.
