Forum Discussion
Hi, DWU
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
If the difference between your STP report and the EOFY Finalisation report is one week's pay because it hasn't been recorded in the STP report, kindly check if you were able to process the pay run and if it has been sent to the ATO. If it hasn't been sent to the ATO, kindly send it and then process a send update event. This is to ensure that the ATO will receive the most up-to-date figures for your employees. Once done, kindly check the reports again to see if they all match. You may check The Help Article: End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this. We are happy to assist.
Best regards,
Doreen
Hi Dorreen,
Thank you for the reply. Yes, we run a payrun with $0 and send it to ATO. It looks fine. The week that not reported in STP is the fsalary of the first week. Not sure why it happened like that. However, the first week's pay has been recorded in all the payroll report in MYOB software.

Hi, DWU
Thanks for getting back to us.
When you check the Payroll Register, Payroll Activity and YTD Verification report, were you able to see if it has the correct figures including the first week's salary? If yes, then you're all good. As long as you can see the first week's salary on the payroll reports.
Please let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Doreen

Yes, they were all correct except STP. Don't understand why STP is missing the first weeks pay. Should I submit the Payroll report to ATO ?
