Attempting to use Online GST

Have attempted to post current GST online to IRD with no success. Just get the message as attached . Waited for 15 mins. 

Release and version details attached.

    I am sorry to hear you are having issues loading the GST screen. I am not aware of any outages with the IRD at the moment. Our developers are aware of this happening when there is not an outage and are looking for a fix.

     

    In the meantime, signing out and enabling the single sign on before logging in again has allowed some users to have the report load correctly.

      Hi Yanike

      Really appreciate your reply.

      Two things have no idea how to "enabling the single sign on" plus gave up and submitted GST return manually.

      Would appreciate knowing how to enable single sign on. Will do this next time.

        To enable the single sign on, you tick this option:

         

        If this option does not appear when you log in, it indicates you have already enabled this option.
