BAS Online Lodgment

Hello!, Hoping someone can help me please. I get the following error message when I try to lodge online "Company File not Found"   thanks Sam

    Hi Sam_P, 

     

    Thank you for the update. If you're using AccountRight 2020.3, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number.

Hi Melissa

 

That worked a treat - thank you.

 

Now I have this message:

'We’re having some technical problems and can’t open this activity statement right now. Please try again later.'

 

 however, according to the MYOB status page there are no issues.

Any ideas?
