Budgets

 I have manually entered my 2024-2025 budget into MYOB Accountright and can produce reports with the amounts entered.  But when I went back to the budget a day later the budget was no longer showing ...

I made the budget in the desktop version and that is where I can't see it.

Hi Multitrade,

 

Thank you for clarifying that. This seems to be an unusual occurrence, to check this you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. Use MOCA for immediate queries and assistance. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team, as this needs further troubleshooting and testing. 

 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.

    I'm experiencing the same issue.  Created in desktop version, I can run reports, but can't see the data when I go back into budgets.  Was there a solution provided for this?
