Cash reporting different to when lodged

It has come to my attention that the my Cash GST report for BAS lodged to ATO at time of report was printed is different to when I prin that same report today? I have gone through each quarter in FY...

Hi, Please see this support note on how Myob treats deposits v's prepayments to see if this is where your problem is coming from:
