As indicated in the Help Article: Create Clients, users are not able to delete clients through an MYOB Partner Dashboard at this time. Although it is something that we are looking into for the future, if you're looking to remove files from your dashboard, you can try using our virtual assistance tool, MOCA. MOCA is available through myob.com/support and can assist you with any queries or assistance you might need regarding your MYOB account.
