I'd be glad to investigate this one for you, can you please confirm the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID?

Is this message occurring when you try to lodge the ATO portal? I read somewhere (can't remember where) recently that there was a limit on how many suppliers you can lodge. I am wondering if this is your issue.
